The 67-acre estate 'High Trees' was owned by Marjorie, Chicago's first female news anchor, and her late husband Richard Friedman, an internationally renowned attorney.

It is located in the LuLu Lake State Natural Area near East Troy. High Trees is an extraordinary example of a rare Kettle Moraine landscape with oak woodlands, kettles and a rolling topography of drumlins, ridges and other unique Kettle Moraine features left by glaciers thousands of years ago.
